Enroll in Pay Over Time on PayDCoNC

Pay Over Time on PayDCoNC allows you to pay your property tax bills in smaller, more manageable amounts to pay off large bills over time. Payments are collected automatically, allowing you to save time and make payments that fit within your budget. 

To set up Pay Over Time for your Property Tax bills, you must first have a PayDCoNC profile (see Create a Profile on PayDCoNC). After signing in and connecting to your account (see Add a Property on PayDCoNC), follow the steps below to enroll your Property Tax account in Pay Over Time:

1. If your property tax bill is eligible for Pay Over Time, you'll see a note under that bill that states the bill is eligible:

2. After selecting your eligible Property Tax bill, click Enroll in Pay Over Time

3. Choose your Pay Over Time settings:

• How often you'll make a payment (Monthly, Every 2 Weeks, or Weekly Payments)
• How many payments you want to make, and the amount per payment
• When you want your Pay Over Time payments to start

4. Choose the payment method you'll use for your Pay Over Time payments, then click Continue 

5. Review your Pay Over Time details and agree to the Terms and Conditions

6. Click Enroll in Pay Over Time

Your Pay Over Time is now set up! You will receive an email confirming enrollment with your Pay Over Time details, and will receive reminders before each payment processes.
